Please keep in mind before you order

  1. Age Confirmation: By agreeing to order, you are confirming that you are of legal drinking age in the city / state you are residing in. The Customer understands and accepts that no signature or express act is required to make these Terms binding on the User.
  2. Minimum Order: The Customer is required to place a minimum order to the amounting to INR 5,000/-.
  3. Order Confirmation: Merchant representative will reach out to you to confirm all details before processing your Order. After confirmation by the Merchant, deliveries will be fulfilled as per the Merchant Policy, however it delivery shall take place within 24 to 48 hours.
  4. Payment: Payment to be made DELIVERY ONLY via two options (Cash / Mobile Wallet) as per Merchant’s Policy. Sula Vineyards never asks for OTP, CVV, Bank A/c. No. or any other Bank account details and you are requested to refrain from disclosing the same in case anyone approaches you/the Customer disguising as representative of Sula Vineyards or any of its Merchants.
  5. Delivery Charges: Delivery Charges applicable and it may vary wine shop to wine shop.
  6. Identity Proof: Please ensure to have your Govt. ID (preferably PAN, Adhaar, Election ID or Passport) to confirm your identity and age during the time of delivery.
  7. Sula’s Services: The Services provided herein only enable You to search and facilitate to place an order for Sula’s Products with the Merchant and is not involved in the final delivery. All transactions are solely made between You and the Merchant.
  8. Sula’s Privacy Policy: By using Sula’s website, the Customer hereby agree and confirm to the terms of Sula’s Privacy Policy. Whenever you submit information via this Website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the information in accordance with Sula’s Privacy Policy.
